Complete this entry form to participate in the 17th Annual Exhibit of The National Arts Program for Greater Orlando Aviation Authority employees and their family members. There is no fee to enter the program.

    Your registration is not complete until you have clicked the ‘submit registration’ button, received an automated confirmation email.

    Eligibility

    • Participants must be an employee, retiree or an immediate family member of an employee or retiree working at Orlando International Airport or Orlando Executive Airport.

    • Only 2 entries per artist will be admitted.

    • All entries submitted must be the original work of the applicant completed within the last three years.

    • The National Arts Program and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority reserve the right to disqualify entries they consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate for a public exhibit.

    Entries
    • Entrants may submit only two entries that fit into the listed medium categories.
    • All artwork will need an NAP identification label placed on the back (provided at drop off).
    • All 2-dimensional entries should be matted, framed and/or ready to hang with wire securely on the back.
    • All work must measure no more than 48” in any direction or weigh more than 50 pounds unless otherwise stipulated.
    • Artwork that does not meet size limitations or specifications will be disqualified before judging.

    Rules of Exhibit
    • Deadline This Registration Form must be received no later than Friday, March 1, 2024.
    • Delivering Entries All entries must be delivered to the Drop-off Station, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Public Affairs, Executive Offices located on the 3rd level of the Main Terminal on; Thursday, March 14 from 1pm-5pm, Friday, March 15 from 8am-12pm or Saturday, March 16 from 10am-2pm.
    • Reception & Awards Details regarding the reception and presentation of awards have yet to be determined. Participants will be contacted via email with this information when it becomes available.
      • Prizes will be awarded by classification:
        • Adult (Amateur, Intermediate and Professional): 3 - First Place Awards of $350; 3 - Second Place Awards of $250; and 3 - Third Place Awards of $150
        • Best of Show Award of $400 
        • Youth / Teen : 2 - First Place Awards of $150; 2- Second Place Awards of $100; and 2 - Third Place Awards of $50
        • An Art Education Award of $200
      • Additional awards including Honorable Mentions will be awarded at the discretion of the judges.
      • Awards are limited to one cash award per artist per classification.
    • Public Exhibit The exhibit is free and open to the public from March 22, 2024 through May 31, 2024.
    • Retrieving Entries Each artist is responsible for retrieving their artwork from the pick-up station outside of Public Affairs, Executive Offices, Main Terminal, Level 3 on Monday, June 3 from 1pm-5pm, Tuesday, June 4 from 8am-12noon or Wednesday, June 5 from 10am-2pm. No work is to be removed prior to the end of the exhibition. Neither Greater Orlando Aviation Authority nor the National Arts Program will be responsible for unclaimed works.

    • Liability Every attempt will be made to preserve, secure and protect each entry submitted; but neither the National Arts Program nor Greater Orlando Aviation Authority can be held responsible for damages, loss of art entries, changes/cancellation of this exhibit due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances.  The placing of art in the exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant with conditions herein set forth.  The National Arts Program and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority reserve the right to publish for publicity purposes reproductions of the entries.  The National Arts Program for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is a public exhibit and photographing/filming of the exhibit is encouraged.
