Delivering Entries In addition to this registration form, please submit high resolution JPEG or PNG images of your artwork entries in this online registration form. (if you could name your image file with your name and artwork title it would be very helpful). This exhibit is virtual and will be judged virtually as well. In addition to the virtual showcase, for those who would like to display their artworks in-person (judging is ONLY online), they can drop off their artwork Saturday, February 1, 2025 between the hours of 9am-12noon at: University of Arizona BSRL Lobby, 1230 N. Cherry Ave, Tucson, AZ (Conference room at south end of BSRL lobby). Displaying your artwork in-person is completely optional.

Reception & Awards This year’s exhibit and presentation of awards will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 in the University of Arizona BSRL Lobby from 10am-12noon. The winners will also be announced virtually.

Public Exhibit The exhibit is virtual and will be made available for viewing from February 3 - February 15, 2025. In addition to the virtual showcase, there is an option to display your artwork in-person as well (see delivering entries section for details).

Retrieving Entries Any artists that opted to display their artwork in-person are responsible for retrieving their artwork from the University of Arizona BSRL Lobby, 1230 N. Cherry Ave, Tucson AZ (Conference Room at south end of BSRL Lobby) on Saturday, February 15, 2025 between 12noon - 2pm (directly following the awards reception). Neither the University of Arizona nor the National Arts Program will be responsible for unclaimed works.

Liability Every attempt will be made to preserve, secure and protect each entry submitted; but neither the National Arts Program nor the University of Arizona can be held responsible for damages, loss of art entries, changes/cancellation of this exhibit due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances. The National Arts Program and the University of Arizona reserve the right to disqualify any entries they consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate for a public exhibit. The placing of art in the exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant with conditions herein set forth. The National Arts Program and the University of Arizona reserve the right to publish for publicity purposes reproductions of the entries. The National Arts Program at the University of Arizona is a public exhibit and photographing/filming of the exhibit is encouraged.
