Painted Bowl

This bowl was made on the pottery wheel out of Stoneware Clay. While it was leather hard, it was painted with slips to form the circular lines. It was then bisqued and it was fired in a Soda Kiln to cone 10. This Korean style brushwork is called Bucheong.
