I am a painter out of Hartford, CT. As a student studying literature, painting is a release and a hobby outside of my day to day life. For me, my work is focused on people and things that move me daily. My portraiture is largely focused in exploring the intensity of both the individual and the corresponding possibilities of oil paint. I like to use bold color, varying textures, and broad emphatic strokes to illustrate the energy of a connected moment between myself and my subject.
