Complete this entry form to participate in the 19th Annual Exhibit of The National Arts Program for Greater Orlando Aviation Authority employees and their family members. There is no fee to enter the program.

Your registration is not complete until you have clicked the ‘submit registration’ button, and received an automated confirmation email.

Eligibility
  • Participants must be an employee, retiree or an immediate family member of an employee or retiree working at Orlando International Airport or Orlando Executive Airport.
  • Only 2 entries per artist will be admitted.
  • All entries submitted must be the original work of the applicant completed within the last three years and not previously submitted.
  • The National Arts Program and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority reserve the right to disqualify any entries they consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate for a public exhibit. If your submission is not accepted you will be given the opportunity to select a different piece to enter, should you choose to.

Entries
  • Entrants may submit only two entries that fit into the listed medium categories.
  • All artwork will need an NAP identification label placed on the back (provided at drop off).
  • All 2-dimensional entries can be matted and framed, or otherwise prepared for safe display, as long as the finished piece has a sawtooth hanger or wire securely attached to the back for hanging. The hanger or wire must be able to support the weight of the artwork. Please email the coordinator with any questions, lindy.shepherd@goaa.org.
  • All work must measure no more than 36” in any direction or weigh more than 25 pounds.
  • Artwork that does not meet size limitations or specifications will be disqualified before judging.

Rules of Exhibit
  • Deadline This Registration Form must be received no later than Friday, April 3, 2026. Only the first 130 artworks registered will be accepted due to space limitations.
  • Delivering Entries All entries must be delivered to the Drop-off Station at Orlando International Airport, which is located outside of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Executive Offices on the 3rd Level of Terminal A; Thursday, April 9 from 1pm-5pm, Friday, April 10 from 8am-12pm or Saturday, April 11 from 10am-2pm.
  • Reception & Awards The reception will be held in the Carl T. Langford Board Room, located in the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Executive Offices, Level 3, Terminal A, at Orlando International Airport. The date and times for the awards reception are not confirmed. Participants will be contacted via email with the finalized information as soon as it becomes available.
    • Prizes will be awarded by classification:
      • Adult (Amateur, Intermediate and Professional): 3 - First Place Awards of $350; 3 - Second Place Awards of $250; and 3 - Third Place Awards of $150
      • Best of Show Award of $400
      • Youth / Teen : 2 - First Place Awards of $150; 2- Second Place Awards of $100; and 2 - Third Place Awards of $50
      • Art Education Award of $200
    • Additional awards including Honorable Mentions will be awarded at the discretion of the judges.
    • Awards are limited to one cash award per artist per classification.
  • Public Exhibit The exhibit is free and open to the public from Thursday, April 23, 2026 through Thursday, June 18, 2026.
  • Retrieving Entries Each artist is responsible for retrieving their artwork from the Pick-up station at Orlando International Airport, which is located outside of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Executive Offices on the 3rd Level of Terminal A; Thursday, June 18 from 1pm-5pm, Friday, June 19 from 8am-12noon or Saturday, June 20 from 10am-2pm. No work is to be removed prior to the end of the exhibition. Neither Greater Orlando Aviation Authority nor the National Arts Program will be responsible for unclaimed works.
  • Liability Every attempt will be made to preserve, secure and protect each entry submitted; but neither the National Arts Program nor Greater Orlando Aviation Authority can be held responsible for damages, loss of art entries, changes/cancellation of this exhibit due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances. The National Arts Program and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority reserve the right to disqualify entries they consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate for a public exhibit. The placing of art in the exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant with conditions herein set forth. The National Arts Program and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority reserve the right to publish for publicity purposes reproductions of the entries.  The National Arts Program for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is a public exhibit and photographing/filming of the exhibit is encouraged.
