"Rush Hour"

"Rush Hour" is a watercolor painting using dots of paint that are then liquified by a very water saturated squeegee paint sponge and then details are brushed out with a very fine paint brush and then details are impressed into the wet image with the blunt end of the brush. Colored pencils are used for accents when the painting has dried.
