Record Numbers for Central Louisiana Arts & Healthcare
This was coordinator Judy Ginsburgh’s seventh year running the Central Louisiana Arts and Healthcare National Arts Program® Exhibition. This year they had a record number of participants and their display included 171 works which were beautifully hung in the Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center. Judy always incorporates the NAP exhibit with their Follies Showcase and recognizes the artists on stage during the event. During the intermission attendees of the show browse the art and congratulate the winners while enjoying refreshments.

Youth Takes Best of Show in Ventura County, CA
The 11th Annual Ventura County National Arts Program® Exhibit was displayed for almost seven weeks straight, from November 30th, 2012 through January 15th, 2013. As usual, Margaret Travers coordinated a beautiful display and awards reception. Over 130 entries were submitted by Ventura County employees and their immediate family members. Of special note was the Best of Show piece from the youth 12 & under category, by Nico Kalin. Nico produced an amazing linoleum cut and displayed it side by side with one of his colorful prints (artwork pictured below).
